Do you suffer from cloudy pool water? Minuscule dirt particles float around in the water and create a milky colour. The sand filter fails to absorb these tiny dirt particles which causes them to end up back in the water.
Flocculant causes those tiny dirt particles to flocculate or clump together, making them larger and able to be absorbed by the sand filter or by your hoover.
Of course, you only use this product when your first Alkalinity, pH and Chlorine values are up to standard.
Adjust the pH between 7.2 and 7.4. Ensure correct chlorine values: the ideal value is between 0.6 eb 1.5 ppm (parts per million). Then dissolve 20grams of flake granules per 20m³ of water in a bucket or watering can and spread it over the pool. Let the filter installation run for a few hours and then turn it off for at least 8 hours. Before turning on the filter installation, remove the sediment with a hoover.
